I am a housing and community redevelopment professional with experience across both the public and private sectors, managing projects from feasibility and planning through construction and closeout. My work focuses on addressing housing disparities, strengthening underserved communities, and delivering projects that are both financially sound and operationally efficient.
My experience includes supporting large-scale capital projects, navigating zoning and regulatory processes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing construction to ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
In the private sector, I have led development efforts across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, managing acquisitions, capital alignment, and full-cycle project delivery.
As the Founder of The Ashe Group, I provide strategic advisory services to developers and mission-aligned organizations, helping move complex projects from concept to execution. I also work as a licensed real estate professional, advising homeowners and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategy.
